HECKLE:

One thing that really irks me is the number of Manitoba vehicles I see driving on the streets with no front licence plate. I always thought this was an offence under The Highway Traffic Act. It is too bad, so sad, that no one [as in our local police force] cares or wishes to do anything about it.

Heckle

Man's inhumanity to man and cruel and inhumane treatment of the animals on this planet upsets me greatly.  I wish there was something more we could do to make this world a better place.

Hurrah:

To the streets and roads of the City Works department for their promptness and a job well done to the problem that we were having in our laneway in the north end.  Those workers that happen to read this will know where it is.

Hurrah

I would like to commend all the wonderful talented individuals who arranged the flowers all around the city boulevards.  I've heard numerous comments from visitors who say our city is so attractive and welcoming.  You did an awesome job.  Thank you for making Brandon look like a great place to be.
